Coinfloor account suspended

I think my account was automatically flagged because I have other family registered on the site as well, but its been almost two weeks at this point. This was the message: Dear Customer, Thank you for providing your details for verification. Your account is temporarily suspended while under review. We apologise for the inconvenience.
